Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
• A clear unboxing video or photos of the damaged item are required to process the claim

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2–3 business days
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
