Sajawat Decor — Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, contact us immediately at [your support email] or via our Contact Us page with your order number.

After Shipment Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds policy.

COD Orders Please do not refuse COD deliveries without prior communication with us. Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Refund on Cancellation For prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
